
Karen Carpenter, LPC, helps children, teens, and adults navigate life with confidence and clarity. With many years of counseling experience, she specializes in supporting clients through anxiety, parenting struggles, emotional dysregulation, depression, and major life transitions. She works with a wide range of individuals—from young children starting at age three to athletes and middle-aged women.
Karen’s approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. She blends person-centered care with proven techniques such as Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients find meaningful, lasting change.
When she’s not in the counseling room, you’ll find Karen coaching a volleyball club team, serving in her church community, or spending time with her husband and their three children.
