Karen Carpenter is a Licensed Associate Counselor under the supervision of Rachel Olienyk, LPC-S, RPT-S, ICST (#P1204046). Karen has 9 years experience counseling a wide range of adolescent teens. She also enjoys working with middle-aged women focusing on the areas of anxiety, parenting issues, depression, life transitions and more.
Karen is client-centered and uses different techniques as appropriate for each individual such as evidence-based practices, including Sandtray, Mindfulness Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
When Karen is not working, she coaches a volleyball club team, serves in her local church community and is a wife and mom of three children.
