Addison is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Internationally Credentialed Sandtray therapist who takes a holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the powerful connection between the mind and body to support whole-person healing. Her work is rooted in Gestalt and psychodynamic theories, allowing her to help clients develop deeper self-awareness, process past experiences, and create meaningful change in the present.
Addison is trained in Sandtray therapy, play therapy, AutPlay, and EMDR, and she thoughtfully integrates these modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. Her counseling style is direct and realistic, offering clients honest feedback while still maintaining a supportive and compassionate environment. She enjoys working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and behavioral issues, and is passionate about helping clients feel supported and empowered as they navigate these challenges.
Addison has also served as both a teaching assistant and graduate assistant at her former university, where she developed a strong passion for psychoeducation. She enjoys helping individuals better understand themselves, their patterns, and their experiences through practical insight and education.
